We do have a waiting list for anyone NOT currently enrolled in our program.  Please follow the guidelines listed below for adding your child to the waiting list.

We serve transportation to the following schools:

Early Morning Care Hours
6:30-7:30 a.m.   Monday-Friday
After School Care Hours
2:30-6:00 p.m.    Monday-Friday

Summer Camp Preschool &
School Age
Preschool: 8:30-12:30 a.m.    Mon-Fri
School Age: 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

COSTS FOR PROGRAM
Preschool: $8 per day
After-School: $30 per week
Summer Camp: $75 per week

There is an annual registration fee due at the end of March each year.  That fee is $75. Preschool and After School participants pay the same registration fee.

SUMMER CAMP:  Summer Camp participants must pay an $85 activity fee at the beginning of the program.  This fee will cover ALL field trips for the entire summer.

PLEASE KEEP INFORMED ABOUT TEACHER WORKDAYS AT YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL.  DUE TO THE DAYS MISSED DUE TO WEATHER, MANY TEACHER WORKDAYS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED.

We accept children from Garrett Elementary, South Mebane Elementary and EM Yoder Elementary

HOMEWORK POLICY: MUMS allots 1 to 1 1/2 hours per day for homework.  We have teachers in place to assist with homework questions.  We will do our best to help your child understand the assignment, however, we ask that you review your child's homework every night. If a child becomes disruptive to the homework group, that child will be removed for the day. A complete list of rules will be given to you at the time of your child's enrollment.

EARLY RELEASE DAY FOR ABSS:
MUMS will pick the children up from school as usual.  We will serve a snack in the afternoon.  Homework will also take place on Thursdays.

TEACHER WORKDAYS: Please check your ABSS calendar.  You WILL need to sign your child up to attend MUMS on teacher work days.  It is on a first come, first serve basis and the workday will need to be paid for in advance.

                PRESCHOOL NEWS

Please remember twice per month, MUMS preschool program takes a walking field trip to the Mebane Public Library.  Please make sure you send a coat, hat and gloves for the walk.  If you child is not properly dressed he/she can not attend the trip.
