Helping Hands Circle

The Helping Hands Circle has been meeting for more than 20 years with a focus on mission work and fellowship. Our mission work includes making school and health kits for children in need, supporting the MATCH program, sewing pillow cases for hospice patients and participating in the sandwich ministry. We are very active readers in the UMW Reading Program and connect with other women in the world through their beautiful and sometimes painful stories. We remember our shut-ins and college students with cards and gifts and we also enjoy attending mission studies. We collect offerings for Penny and a Prayer and World Thank Offering. We end each meeting with an hour of fellowship and a delicious dessert! |
